How much disk space and bandwidth comes with my account?

An email said I've "exceeded disk space". How come? What do I do next?
If you've exceeded disk space, then your images or files have exceeded the recommended sizes or formats. Images should be ONLY .gif or .jpg format. Other formats will add unnecessary size without improving quality. You will need to adjust your images to proper format and size. More information is available in our exclusive tutorials.
How many email addresses come with my account?

How do I check my email with Outlook/Outlook Express?
Yes. You will be provided with all necessary information for creating email accounts and setting up your accounts after you sign-up. If you are a ProBiz Hosting client, please login to our help files for more information.
How do I check my email online? (Webmail)
Yes. We offer complete access including Webmail. You can check your email from any computer with internet access. If you are a ProBiz Hosting client, please login to our help files for more information.
Can I send out mass emailings?
You can send out mass emailings only to an opt-in list. We do not support spammers and will cancel your account if you abuse this policy.
We recommend using our Newsletter Add-on for frequent mass emailings. The "join our email list" form & newsletter generator are great tools for keeping in touch with your clients, members and prospects.
