30 Day Free Trial: If this is really free, why do I have to sign up with PayPal first?

When you sign up for your site you do have to complete the process to help keep our costs and your fees as low as possible. No funds will be paid to ProBiz Hosting until 30 days after your sign up. If you are not satisfied with your site builder, your website or our services, you may cancel your subscription at ANY time before your free trial is up. Can I make payments by check?

We only accept payments via PayPal subscriptions. Not only is PayPal the most secure method of online payment available, we also can afford to keep our prices this low by automating the payment process. You can specify your checking account as the funding source, a credit card or your own PayPal balance.

What happens if my PayPal funding source isn't available?

If your funding source is unavailable, you'll receive a request from PayPal to update the information on their website (never give funding information by email).

My account was suspended for non-payment, what happened to my site?

We take no action until payment is 5 days past due. If you haven't updated your funds through PayPal by the 6th day we will suspend your account. Your site data is not lost. You will be required to bring your account up-to-date and pay a $25 activation fee before your site is live again.

If you have not reactivated your site within 30 days of the due date your account will be deleted. Deleted accounts can not be recovered. You would need to rebuild your site.
