Do I need to have a domain name first?

If you haven't registered your domain, you have another chance during signup to do so. The link will open in a new window so you don't have to start the signup process all over. Just register your domain and finish signing up for your ProBiz Hosting website.

When will I be able to start building my website?

Once we receive confirmation of your subscription, we'll get your site set up ASAP. Normally, this takes 30 minutes to an hour. During peak hours or on weekends it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email confirming your site set up with your login information and passwords.

It may take up to 72 hours before your domain name has propigated. No worries, you can still be building your website as soon as you receive your welcome email.

What if I have questions during the signup process?

Please email us with questions. We answer them personally - not by automated software. During business hours you'll be answered immediately. On nights and weekends please give us up to 8 hours for a response.
